There are two spacious double bedrooms with large wardrobes, and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. The latter receives light from a non-opening skylight in the ceiling. The bathroom is spacious, with two sinks, a whirlpool tub, bidet, and washing machine. There is a long balcony overlooking the lake, perfect for breakfast or sunbathing. The pool is separate from the house and offers good privacy. The pool is shared with the owners' family and the neighbors. There's also a barbecue area for outdoor dining. Parking is shared with neighbors. If one of them is full, there's another nearby.
The nearest supermarket is in Barbarano, about 15 minutes away, as are the promenade and lakeside promenades of Gardone Riviera and Salò.
Several hiking and mountain biking trails start from the house. The closest beach is in Barbarano, 15 minutes away.
