The building where the apartment is located was an open-air art center until the 1970s. It hosted artists and organized painting competitions.
The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, where you can enjoy the exceptional lake view. The kitchen is small but well-equipped with everything you need. The bedroom is large and furnished with colorful and original designer furniture.
The house is adorned with artwork by the owner, a renowned artist from Brescia. The works are dedicated to the four elements: Air, Water, Earth, and Fire, and are intended to represent an ideal internal continuity with the landscapes and mystical atmospheres of Lake Garda.
Numerous trails and walks in the surrounding nature begin from the house. The supermarket is 15 minutes away, as are the bar and the beach of Barbarano.
