After a hot summer day at the beach, enjoy the cool evening air on the terrace or in the garden of this house. Every evening, the calm breeze from the mountain caresses you. The traffic of the main road is now a distant memory. Now you're immersed in nature, lulled by the chirping of crickets or the crackling of the barbecue grill. The children chase each other in the garden, waiting to be called for dinner. This is summer life at "CASA DE LA ZOLIA MENDIA."

The apartment is spacious and bright. It is located in a house with only two apartments. It has access to the garden and air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living area. It consists of an entrance hall, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a living area with a dining table and sofas, and one bathroom.
It has been furnished by giving new life to antique furniture in colorful spaces.
There is a terrace and a large balcony where you can eat al fresco and enjoy the view of the valley and a stretch of blue lake. The balcony leads directly to the garden, where you can sunbathe in privacy or barbecue. The garden at the back of the house is always very cool thanks to the shade provided by large persimmon trees. Here, a small outdoor lounge has been created where you can meditate or read a good book in the quiet and cool.
The apartment can accommodate up to seven people. Six people can sleep in the three bedrooms in double or single beds. The seventh person sleeps on the sofa bed in the living room.
In the house you'll find towels (1 set per person consisting of 1 shower towel, 1 face towel, and 1 bidet towel), bed linens, salt, sugar, and coffee.
The path leading to the mystical Madonna del Rio waterfall begins right outside the house. From here, you can walk up the stream, through the woods, to the top of Salò mountain, where you can admire Lake Garda in all its beauty.
Barbarano beach is a 10-minute drive away, as are the other beaches in the Gulf of Salò and the lakeside promenade. The center of Salò can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, passing by the "Scala Santa," or by car in 5 minutes, as are the main supermarkets. You'll be surrounded by the greenery of the countryside, yet just steps from the center and the charming shops along the lakeside.
