The house is on two floors: on the ground floor, there's a spacious living room, kitchen, and a large glassed-in veranda. The ground floor also includes a bathroom and a very useful laundry room. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with three bathrooms and a lake-view balcony.
Secure parking for one car is available on the property. A gas barbecue is available. The swimming pool is shared with the neighbors.
The location is very quiet and cool in the summer, so air conditioning is usually not needed, as a constant breeze cools the entire village. Fans are available, however. Salò and the supermarket are a 15-minute drive away. The view of the lake is splendid and in the morning the sun colors the skies and the lake in a spectacular way, creating mystical and dreamlike atmospheres.
